    Transforming Model to Meta Model for Knowledge Repository of Malay Intangible Culture Heritage of Malaysia

    Intangible Culture Heritage is very important as national treasure for a country since it is a part of identity of the country. Rapid technology changed and globalization is one of the reasons why new generation less interested to involve in culture heritage sector. Without any drastic action to safeguard Intangible Culture Heritage for the country it will cause endanger to disappearance. In this study researcher introduce a model of factors that contributing in archiving Intangible Culture Heritage. By transform from the model to meta model it will be a guidelines, standard and base for developing a repository of Intangible Culture Heritage.     The value of the company is very important for the company that can affect the stock price. This can reflect the investor's decision to invest. Therefore, there needs to be a Good Corporate Governance in making company policies to stabilize a sustainable business. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of Good Corporate Governance, Ownership Structure, and Cash Holdings on the Value of State-Owned Enterprises listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. Research methods use descriptive quantitative methods. The data used is secondary data with a period (time series) of three years of research. The population used is the annual financial statements. Sampling technique using purposive sampling and obtained 15 SOEs and 45 annual financial statements for three years. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing uses IBM SPSS 22.  The results of this study explained that the Board of Directors had a significant negative effect on the Value of the Company, the Audit Committee and Institutional Ownership had no effect on the Value of the Company, while the Board of Commissioners and Cash Holdings had a significant positive effect on the Value of the Company. Keyword: Good Corporate Governance, Institutional Ownership, Cash Holdings, Company Valu

    Culture heritage is identity of country, community and group of people. Intangible culture is a common practice, in the community. Continuously  re-created and transmitted. However, culture can only have continuity if people enjoy the conditions to produce and re-created.  This paper try to identify the factor of contributing archiving intangible heritage before develop a model as a guideline to archive culture heritage especially intangible heritage via ICT exploitation. This standard model as a kick-start of intangible study and also as guidelines for culture institution in Malaysia to archiving their intangible heritage and make it available for other researcher and the future generation

    IMPROVING THE STUDENTS’ READING COMPREHENSION THROUGH THREE MINUTE PAUSE STRATEGY

    This research aimed to explain the improved of the students’ reading comprehension in terms of literal comprehension dealing with main idea and details and summarizing dealing with content and logical order. A classroom action research which was conducted in two cycles in which every cycle consisted of four meetings. The location of this research was taken at X students of SMA Gunung Sari Makassar with a number of the subject were 20 students. The research findings indicate that the application of Three Minute Pause strategy was significant in improving the students’ reading comprehension in terms of literal comprehension and summarizing. It was proved by the mean score of the cycle I was 6.88then increased to be 7.87 in cycle II. They were higher than the mean score of diagnostic test namely 4.77. It means that there was the improved of the students’ reading comprehension in terms of literal comprehension dealing with main idea and details and summarizing dealing with content and logical order.Keywords: literal comprehension; action research; strategy; content; logical order

    Workshop media pembelajaran berbasis kurikulum merdeka untuk meningkatkan Technological Knowledge (TK) Guru SDN No. 60 Lembang

    Implementing the Merdeka Belajar curriculum requires teachers to master technology (technological knowledge) in learning. However, until now, many teachers in schools still have not optimally mastered technology to carry out learning due to a lack of understanding of using information technology-based learning media. This condition impacts the learning process ineffectiveness due to the learning loss during the coronavirus pandemic and students' enthusiasm for learning because they cannot study independently at home. To resolve the issue, it is necessary to improve the ability of teachers to manage the learning process by utilizing information technology-based learning media, such as e-books based on multimedia learning. Through the Participatory Action Research, the service activities were carried out by conducting workshops and teacher assistance in designing information technology-based learning media in the form of e-books or flipbooks that contain multimedia content with the help of the Canva-heyzine application. The results revealed that there was an increase in teachers' technological abilities in designing multimedia-based learning media.(Penerapan kurikulum merdeka belajar menuntut guru untuk menguasai teknologi (technological knowledge) dalam pembelajaran. Namun, hingga saat ini, penguasaan teknologi untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran masih banyak yang belum optimal karena kurangnya pemahaman menggunakan media pembelajaran yang berbasis teknologi informasi. Kondisi ini berimbas kepada kurang efektifnya proses pembelajaran yang mengakibatkan terjadinya learning loss di masa pandemi virus corona dan berkurangnya semangat belajar siswa karena tidak mampu belajar secara mandiri di rumah. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka perlu meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengelolah proses pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan media-media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi seperti penggunaan e-book berbasis multimedia pembelajaran. Dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Research, kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan menggunakan metode workshop dan pendampingan guru dalam mendesain media pembelajaran yang berbasis teknologi informasi berupa e-book berbentuk flipbook yang memuat konten multimedia dengan bantuan aplikasi canva-heyzine. Sasaran peserta workshop adalah guru-guru SDN No. 60 Lembang. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah melaksanakan kegiatan ini yaitu terdapat peningkatan kemampuan teknologi guru dalam mendesain media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia.

    Flood governance: A review on allocation of flood victims using location-allocation model and disaster management in Malaysia

    Flood management can be defined as the technique and strategy to reduce the risk and damage from flooding. The efficient strategies for the both short-term and long-term plans is needed in order to minimise losses and damage during disaster happen. Flood governance entails the need of a coordinated system in dealing with this natural disaster. The phases of the flood disaster management cycle such as flood preparedness, flood mitigation, Emergency Response Plan (ERP), and flood recovery helped the federal government and states government to overcome the flood disaster. In Malaysia, the disaster management undergoes three levels, where each level is governed by a committee with specified responsibilities. Flood disaster mitigation is crucial since it is possible to prevent damage that is brought upon by flood disaster. During the flood event, all the flood victims must be allocated to relief center. The allocation process needs to be conducted efficiently to avoid much worse incidents happening. The aims of this paper review are to explore the existing knowledge on flood mitigation and to identify Location-allocation model currently applied to solve allocation of flood victims to relief centre.The paper review is based on secondary data to give comparison and recommendation in achieving the objective. However, lack of coordination remains an issue that could potentially be tackled using a more efficient framework. Further researches are needed to test the effectiveness of this framework in improving flood governance
